Abstract
In article problems of interrelations of economic and institutional development of the Russian regions during 2000-2010 are considered. The group of regions on the indicators characterizing scientific and educational activity is made. Five groups of the regions differing on the general level of scientific and educational activity are allocated. Distinctive features of economic and institutional dynamics in each of groups of regions are shown.Downloads
