Abstract

In article the role of the comparative analysis is considered by comparison of machine-building enterprises similar on the primary production activity. Possibilities of identification of the hidden reserves for carrying out diversification transformations for the purpose of obtaining competitive advantages when releasing machine-building production are analyzed.
