Abstract

The article deals with the essence of innovation and entrepreneurial culture and its components. Among the components of the release: the mission of the university, the university's philosophy and image of the university. The mission includes the goals, objectives, ideas, philosophy - meaning, values, principles, look - the style, image and reputation.
