Analysis of current state and prospects of development methodologies for reserves of quality

Abstract

The author proposes the creation of an effective mechanism for the development of the quality of reserves. Deficiencies which cause deterioration in the quality of products in domestic enterprises are indicated. The author examines the service quality management in small, medium and large industrial enterprises of Saratov and Volgograd regions to assess the effectiveness of the service quality management. In this paper created the methodology, identified criteria, identify areas for quality. The paper conclusions are made on the basis of the study. The author proposes concrete measures to improve the operation of quality management systems for the domestic industry.
