Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of development of the theoretical aspects of the human capital replacement value. The author notes that understanding of the socio-economic system as a transforming and determinate by technological shifts requires to review the macroeconomic models in part of including of recreation to it as an element of the human capital reproduction.
