Abstract

This paper focuses on issues of government support of structural and technological changes through the mechanisms of commercialization of innovations. The main instruments of commercialization of this article examines the development of innovation infrastructure, the development of technology platforms and support innovative clusters. The main carriers of technological change must be small and medium-sized enterprises. The key areas of innovation infrastructure development is the expansion of forms and sources of funding. Based on international experience the expediency of development of technology platforms.
