Elements of construction of balanced scorecard of regional competitiveness (on the example of Voronezh region)

Abstract

The article explains the parts of building a balanced scorecard for regional competitiveness as one of the most promising tools for assessment of competitive advantages of the territory (as the object of investigation, the Voronezh region). According to one of the modules of the system is given rationale for the selection of indicators and target values.
