Problems in assessment of debtor’s property in invalid contracts

Abstract

The conditions of suspicious transactions in Ukraine called “interested” are described in the article. Methodological approaches to the assessment of compensation property of the debtor in transactions later invalidated are investigated. Proposals about determine the estimates in the abolition of deals with the concept of saving the debtor's property were made.
