On the accounting of quality of services in tariff regulation of distributive electro-network companies in Russian and foreign practice

Abstract

The analysis of foreign experience and the Russian practice of regulation of the distributive electric grid companies taking into account quality and reliability of power supply is given. Indicators of quality of the power supply, used in our country and abroad are compared. Recommendations about improvement of the accounting of quality of services in regulation of the Russian distributive electric networks are formulated.
