Abstract
In this paper we define and study the factors of social efficiency of commercial banks in the provision of retail banking services. The study of these factors will develop and implement a system of organizational and economic approach improve the efficiency of the banks in this area. It is assumed that the introduction of this system approach commercial banks to improve your existing financial success, as well as to increase their competitive position in the market and, as a consequence, increase the cost of the commercial banks.Downloads
