Activation of investment activities as a factor of modernization of the Russian economy

Abstract

The article considers the problem of Russian economy modernization based on dynamical investment activities. The author proves the necessity of a fixed capital updating, modernization of production sector, stimulation the applying of scientific researches. Additionally, the article pays attention to the process of the government regulation of investment activities.
