Abstract

In this article, paid attention to the specifics of the modeling process for the marketing staff in its modern application. Focuses employee engagement and business aspect, as major links in which marketing tools are promotional and information exchange. The schematic images illustrating features of influence of various factors of human resource management on nature of labor productivity of the working personnel of the organization are presented. The major factors influencing creation of effective system of marketing of the personnel in organizational structure are allocated and proved: all-conjunctural, corporate and marketing.
