Minimization of factors of negative influence on electric power system of the Russian Federation

Abstract

In this article divided into separate groups and examined the factors adversely affecting the modern power system of Russia. Groups of factors assigned to the corresponding ranks, based on the priority of their neutralization, and suggested measures that could be implemented to remove deficiencies.
