Abstract

In this article problems of formation and improvement of social and economic space of the Russian regions are considered.Discussed features of formation of growing-pointduring reformational transformation of economic Russian Federation system, their existence as the main direction of regional development.The algorithm of development of the strategy aimed at the development of growing-pointis presented.
