Need for development of the transport infrastructure in cross-border regions in conditions of the Customs union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan

Abstract

For many years the transport infrastructure developed without due coordination between separate means of transport and development of productive forces that conducted to a real loss from implementation of the untimely, poorly coordinated among themselves and inefficient projects. Creation of the customs and logistic centers in cross-border regions is especially actual in the conditions of the Customs union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
