Shortfall in income territorial network organization problem analysis and way of its decision

Abstract

The analysis is given of relevant problems of formation of the shortfall in income at the territorial network organization operating in the modern Russian regional electricity market. Possibilities of reduction of the shortfall in income are defined and proved. Methodsare used of the correlation analysis and regression analysis and econometric modeling, and also the comparative analysis of the Russian practice and world experience of regulation of the distributive electric grid companies.
