Need of allocation of system of ecological insurance at the state level is proved. Research ofscientific-methodological approach the assessment necessity development of the state ecological insuranceby calculation of anintegrated index which considers existence of quantitative reflectionconsequences of management and regulation of violations in the ecological sphereand a complex of actions for carrying out checks in this sphere.
