Prospects of participation of the private sector in the resolution of social-economic tasks at the state and municipal levels

Abstract

The author has reviewed the value of the public-private partnership (PPP) in development of the social and production infrastructure. The necessity of using the PPP not only at the state but at the municipal levels has been underlined. The interests of the public sector and the state favoring the population life quality increase have been generalized. It has been proposed to use the criteria model for the scientifically justified differentiation of the authorities between the state and the private sector.
