Revisited formation of effective system treatment of municipal solid waste

Abstract

The article considers possibilities of the governmental influence on the public waste management system via tools of its regulation and analyzes the most widespread types of tools and their features. Expert evaluation of these features expression has been received. Due to this matrix it would be possible to select the most efficient of all possible regulatory tools for municipalities.
