Features of investment in projects on management of business processes at the enterprises of electronic industry

Abstract

The factorial analysis of projects is presented in the article on introduction of modern IT technologies on the basis of business processes modeling. The scheme a cost assessment of actions for introduction of IT technologies in enterprise activity within process approach is submitted. The mechanism of management by information processes with allocation of structural division (implementation project management and support of information systems) is shown.
