Determinants of capital structure of Russian commercial enterprise

Abstract

In this article the main determinants of capital structure of Russian commercial enterpriseare defined, and also results of empirical researches of various factors influence on capital structure on the example of 50 Russian organizations from five branches of economy are presented.
