SUPPORT OF DOMESTIC PRODUCERS THROUGH THE NATIONAL PAYMENT SYSTEM (NPS)

Abstract

In article a way of domestic producers support through the national payment system (NPS) is offered. It''s based on citizens stimulation to purchase domestic goods, by means of carrying out, NPS, in the shape of incentive shares - practical joke, to repay a half of the money spent by the citizen, for expired month, on purchase of domestic goods with use of universal electronic cards. The author has investigated with a probability of 10% that the half of money spent on purchases at one of the 12 months will be refunded.
