WAYS TO OPTIMIZE THE STRUCTURE OF INVESTMENTS IN FIXED CAPITAL (AT THE EXAMPLE OF RESOURCING FOR INVESTMENT BUILDING COMPLEX ACTIVITIES)

Abstract

Purpose: The article considers the problem of optimizing the structure of investments in fixed assets and to seek its solutions. Discussion: In the transition to innovative development there is a need of renovation and modernization of the industrial base sectors of the economy to warrant the growth of real investment, including for the effective functioning of the investment and construction of the complex (CSI). Results: The authors, based on the analysis of investment structure defines the basic vectors of its optimization. The methodical tools and conclusions on the need areas of foreign investment regulation and investment, based on the mixed ownership.
