FEATURES MANAGEMENT BY OBJECTIVES SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MONOCITIES

Abstract

Purpose: The article is devoted to identifying management features monoprofile municipalities. Discussion: Despite the large number of scientific studies on the functioning and development of monoprofile cities, many theoretical and practical issues of data management municipalities still have not been adequately reflected in the modern economic literature. Meanwhile, in the practice of the modern state and municipal government increases the need for updating and improving the quality of methods and tools. Results: The paper substantiates the need to strengthen programtarget method in the management of socio-economic development of monoprofile cities. Peculiarities of Management by Objectives in monoprofile cities is shown.
