INNOVATIVE APPROACH IN GOVERNMENT MANAGEMENT: THEORY AND PRACTICE
Abstract
Every new stage of economic life requires changes in system and methods of corporate governance. Increasing dynamics of economic and social changes stimulate the development of processes in the sphere of state and municipal administration. Innovative trends in the system of public authority suppose the reallocation of authority and responsibility between participants of the administration process. Purpose: Verification of use of the innovative network methods and models in the sphere of state and municipal administration; analysis of theoretical prerequisites of the network administration; variations of applicable use of network methods and models in the sphere administration. Results: Hierarchic system of administration is inconsistent with the dynamics of the modern age. Market governance model is inconsistent with high level of correlation in postindustrial society; it does not meet social expectations.
