Abstract

Purpose. Carrying out the comparative analysis of legal forms of managing of the organizations and definition of an optimum form of managing of the electronic investment platform of support of startups (EIPPS) from a position of ensuring effective management of her. Development of tools of strategic, tactical and operational management of EIPPS and carrying out risk analysis of efficiency of her functioning. Discussion. As a result of the comparative analysis of various legal forms of managing the conclusion is drawn that at a stage of creation of EIPPS it is expedient "to enter" it into already available non-profit organization; at a stage of growth and expansion formation of non-profit partnership is expedient.
