Abstract

Purpose: to investigate the problematic aspects of the implementation of the competence approach to a process-oriented quality management system. Discussion: process-oriented quality management system is of particular importance in the market conditions of managing. Due to a number of circumstances in Russia have not yet gained experience with the process-oriented approach to building a quality management system, and companies are forced to develop their own approaches. The key factor determining the effectiveness of the quality management system implementation and operation of any enterprise is the competence of the personnel. Results: found target orientation and the benefits of process-oriented quality management system and the degree of its influence on the resulting economic performance of the enterprise; studied approach to the enterprise of competence in accordance with the new version of ISO 9001: 2015, based on the concepts of "knowledge organization" and "knowledge management"; justified the role and importance of professional standards in the implementation of the principles of building a quality management system.
