THE ANALISIS OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF DISBALANCES

Abstract

Purpose: in this report it is considered the methodology of analisis of regional disbalanced development. Discussion: is phased review of the proposed methodology. The first one is connected with the assessment of disbalances in the development of regional economical systems. The following analisis is made considering the mark Of the валового regional product on one person of the population with dinamic analisis of disproportions in the development of federal districts of the Russian Federation and separate regions, particularly of the Crimean Republic. The second phase is based on the assessment of maldistibution of Russia potential, observing such factors as financial potencial, the level of innovative productive systems, intereconomical potencial. On the third phase it is made the dinamic analisis of disbalances in the development of social systems on the basis of profits per one person of the population and apartment providing. Results: Based on this analisis of balancy of social-economical regional development some reasons and results of serious disbalances in economical system are found, the ways of political regional policy increasing are offered.
