Abstract
Purpose: analysis how informatization impacts the development of informational and communicational technologies markets. Discussion:distinguishing classes of IСT-goods and IT-services to estimate condition of goods market or submarket of a sector implies discovering their properties. Results: we propose an approach of classification markets of informational and communicational technologies. Distinguished classes give opportunities for companies that work in the IСT sector to choose perspective directions of their development. Also it allows determination of target segments, toprovide competitive analysis, identify consumers.Downloads
