FUNDRAISING IN SYSTEM OF RESOURCE PROVIDING SOCIAL PROJECTS OF THE REGION – ORGANIZATIONAL AND INSTITUTIONAL ASPECTS

Abstract

Purpose: definition of a state and prospects of use of fundraising in system of resource providing social projects. Detection of features of fundraising in the city of Voronezh and in Russia. An assessment of relevance of various tools of fundraising in Russia and Voronezh. Discussion: in article data on opinions of experts of the city of Voronezh and Russia on a state and prospects of fundraising are provided in implementation of social projects. Scenarios of development of fundraising will significantly depend on activity and the directions of his state regulirovaniya, activity of non-profit or-ganizations and electronic payments. Results: It is expected that in the future the Russian fundraising will become more system and large-scale, influence of communication on the Internet will am-plify at preservation of importance of personal contact with the donor. Regular as-signments will develop. The fundraising tools having various relevance are revealed. The most actual: non-cash transfers to the account of the organization, a donation on the cash card, use of Internet banking and electronic money. Disputable – transfer of means through boxes for donations, money transfer via payment terminals and the SMS. Losing relevance – transfer of money cash personally in hands or in cash desk of the organization, an ozhertvovaniye "according to the receipt".
