CONCEPTUAL PROVISIONS OF MANAGEMENT OF THE BALANCED REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT.

Abstract

Purpose: Article is devoted to the balanced regional development, as one of forms of the effective regional policy realization observing key region stakeholders interests and leveling the whole crisis phenomena complex, characteristic for mesoeconomy. The presented scheme reflects interrelation regional development elements with interpretation of a role of each of elements in development. Discussion: An assessment of regional stakeholders influence on factors and conditions formation of achievement of the balanced regional development objectives at system of the principles observance providing the demanded balance level achievements. Results: The organizational management structure of the regions balanced development including steady interrelations and interdependence between internal elements is developed. The action sequence demanded to application at regional development is structured.
