Scientific discussion analysis on the possibility of social policy transfer on the labor market
Abstract
Purpose: the article is devoted to the issue of the possibility of social policy transfer on the labor market by the example of analysing the transfer of policy from pedagogy to management. Discussion: in the process of analysing the history and evolution of the theory and practice of social policy transfer, as well as its various types, the possibility of the practical application of this method in the labor market and in the theory and practice of human resources management was revealed. As an argument for this possibility, it was proposed to consider the transfer of such action from pedagogy as gamification. Results: the author has carefully analyzed step by step the scheme and process of social policy transfer from pedagogy. Furthermore, practical examples of various organisations are provided, confirming this possibility. The author noted that significant positive results were practically observed, when the practice of gamification was transferred from pedagogy to human resources management.
