Analysis of problems and perspectives of investment provision of high-tech products

Abstract

Purpose: this article is devoted to the problem of investment support for high-tech industries in modern conditions. Discussion: the analysis of the main sources of investment of innovative business is considered, in particular, high-tech companies. The research of modern approaches of foreign and domestic practice of investment development of technological productions is presented. Inconsistencies of the conceptual and categorical apparatus as a result of the analysis are revealed. This defines the scientific definition of «high-tech production» by representatives of various scientific schools. Therefore, this leads to a complication of the formation of a universal algorithm for its investment support. The study of the venture industry and current trends in its development proved the effectiveness of this tool in financing high-risk projects (for example, high-tech production). It allowed to form certain recommendations concerning improvement of this financial instrument in modern realities of domestic economy. Results: the author proposed a model of investment support for high-tech industries. Forecasting of the investment market conjuncture is made. The concept of investment support of subjects of high-tech business by virtue of stages of investment and analysis of the most important investment risks. The analysis of problems and prospects of investment development of high- tech companies is made.
