Management mechanism of enterprises in the context of corporate social responsibility

Abstract

Purpose: the article is devoted to the development of a management mechanism for activities of large mining and metallurgical enterprises on the basis of accounting for non-financial performance indicators within the framework of the concept of corporate social responsibility. Discussion: for the enterprises of the mining and metallurgical complex, directions for improving the management of activities (ecology, social activity, labor safety) are proposed, key indicators of areas that act as determinants of improvement are identified. A method is proposed for a comprehensive assessment of the areas of improvement based on the calculation of the integral indicator for each area. A typology of the implementation of corporate social responsibility has been developed, a set of options for management decisions has been proposed, where each option is determined by its compliance with a specific typological unit. Results: management mechanism for activities of enterprises in the context of corporate social responsibility, which unites all the developments in the article, is proposed, which is distinguished by the simplicity of the mathematical apparatus, the triviality of the initial data used for calculations and the convenience of automating its application with the help of simple office software produc
