Institutional aspects of Russian venture capital market

Abstract

Post-crisis era market tendency of venture capital in Russia are analyzed in the article. Dynamics of venture investments on a branch sign and stages of implementation of innovative projects is investigated.The analysis of venture financing in federal districts is carried out. The main institutional problems which are negatively influencing development of the industry of the venture capital in Russia are defined. Authors offer a complex of the actions directed on activation of venture financing of innovative projects.
