The international transfer of technology as a tool to address the structural weaknesses of the national economy development

Abstract

The article is devoted to studying of modern structural imbalances of Russian national economy,their influence on long-term prospects and growth rates of the Russian economy. The utilization efficiency of the international technological transfer as instrument of balancing of scientific and technical and economic development of the domestic industry is proved.The main components of effective economic policy in the field of the international technological transfer are developed and the general practical recommendations about their introduction are offered.
