Improvement of human resources policy as a basic of effective personnel management

Abstract

The dialectics of competitiveness of the enterprise and its personnel policy is considered. It is proved that as the purpose of effective personnel management formation at the enterprise of the relevant service which along with top management realizes the personnel policy focused on purposes of this enterprise and priority tasks of use of shots for ensuring growth of competitiveness acts.
