Integration and the process focused modernization of strategic management

Abstract

The system of strategic management by the vertically-integrated conglomerate in the form of the multidimensional metaphysical model that takes into account a number of factors, arising under the influence of synergetic effect is presented in the article.The author developed a general conceptual scheme for the integration of the strategic management of the corporation, the effectiveness of which is determined by a process-oriented approach to strategy development and takes into consideration the interests of all stakeholders, the need to consider processes in terms of added value and continuous improvement process.
