Abstract

Article is devoted to studying of theoretical and practical aspects of development and an assessment personnel policy of the organization, its communication with the purposes and strategy. Following aspects are considered: order of formation of organization personnel policy, structure of the regulating document, responsibility of various levels of management for its development and realization, and also the main criteria and assessment indicators.
