Abstract
Currently one of the most popular directions of social policy of the organization is social security policy, under which the company assumes social responsibility for staff. Today social package performs primarily motivating function, the drafting of which must take into account the moral and psychological attitudes of employees. All the more urgent «Theory of generations» written by Neil Howe and William Strauss, speaking about the presence of generations with different values, formed under the influence of social, political, economic, social, technological events and upbringing in the family.Downloads
