Concerning the issues of job attractiveness

Abstract

It is becoming more and more important for the modern companies to recruit and keep the employees, especially sought-for and those of the unique professions. The important tool for this is the increasing of the job attractiveness but it is sometimes rather difficult to estimate it correctly.
