Abstract

Author's approach to object of management on a labor market significantly which differs from stated before positions is offered in article. In a quantitative sense the labor market of the region represents part of able-bodied population and, first of all, economically active, but not taken with socially useful work and having desire to find a job. Innovative development of market interaction means active use of the human capital.
