Abstract
Purpose: the article is sanctified to the management problem by the factors of the modern market conditions in the building industry. Discussion: the active development in Russia of the building industry causes the necessity of analysis of the factors of the market conditions for building with purpose of introduction of the effective methods of the management by them. Result: on the basis of the theoretical investigation of the essence and the factors the authors identified the key features of modern Russian market conditions. It is shown that the revealed features typical for the market of building products. Therefore, in this article the authors assessed the current situation and the dynamics of the key factors of the market conditions for building, set forth the ways of improving the market situation. Base directions are stability of legislative and normatively-technical base in building, and also further development of self-regulation in combination with government control of the building industry. Authorial conclusions are supported by corresponding calculations in the building industry of Voronezh area.Downloads
