Abstract

Purpose: the article is devoted to improving the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of systems marketing staff, aimed at ensuring a high level of competitiveness. Discussion: the implementation of the marketing concept of management in respect of the staff of enterprises and organizations of the Russian economy is a paradigm of sustainable development through the mobilization of domestic resources and create sustainable competitive internal unique competitive advantage in the national economic model. Results: advanced structure functions of marketing staff. The author’s approach to the formation of innovative enterprise marketing personnel, focused on establishing and developing long-term relationships with employees as full and productive partners in the enterprise.
