Abstract

Purpose: the article is devoted to functional definition of the role of social infrastructure in the region with the formation of human capital that is specific to the development of its socio-economic system. A system of indicators of the functioning of the social infrastructure in the region is developed on this basis. Discussion: the authors have defined the role of the social infrastructure in the region with the formation of human capital that is specific to the development of its socio-economic system. Results: the authors have developed the system of indicators of the functioning of the social infrastructure in the region.
