Evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of organization property potential

Abstract

Purpose: The article is devoted to the analysis of property status, evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of organization property potential according to the financial statements. Indeed, it is the safety and efficiency of the use of property that are of primary importance for ensuring the continuous process of social reproduction, the stable financial condition of enterprises, and the accumulation of national wealth of the country. Discussion: In the present conditions of instability of the market economy, increasing competition and increasing speed of technological changes, the search for ways and tools to increase the efficiency of the use of property becomes particularly urgent, since this is one of the main conditions for the successful operation of the organization. The authors studied the theoretical and empirical basis for identifying ways to optimize the property position of organizations on the basis of the analysis of the balance sheet, calculated and compared various indicators that affect the property state and, as a consequence, the economic activity of the organization. Results: The results of the conducted studies confirmed the importance and necessity of the analysis of property status, evaluation of the effectiveness of using the organization property potential.
