Main directions of alternative employment development of rural people

Abstract

Purpose: revelation features of the employment organization on rural territories; show a role of self-employment and proposing the main directions of its development. Discussion: we considered the process of employment transformation of rural people and adaptation to the changing conditions. In addition, we analyzed the age structure of rural people and its tendencies. In current research, the role of rural youth is shown. It is necessary to include youth business in number of the state priorities. Results: we offered the main directions of development of self-employment of rural people and complex of prime measures to development of selfemployment on rural territories both regional and municipal level.
