The crisis and its specifics at the municipal level

Abstract

Purpose: the article considers the peculiarities of the crisis at the municipal level. Discussion: According to the authors, the crisis arises at different levels of social and economic systems. Therefore, it requires a specific tools and interventions in the development of anti-crisis program. Results: We structured main external and internal factors causing the crisis at the municipal level. In addition, we proposed conceptual model of crisis realization at the municipal level.
