Abstract

Abstract. In crisis conditions of economy the problem of financial insolvency and the threat of bankruptcy of agricultural organizations is important. In this context, the study of development trends of agriculture in the country as a whole and at the level of the region has a high degree of relevance. The aim of this work is conducting a prognostic analysis of the economic and financial insolvency of business entities and its bankruptcy probabilities.

Statistical-economic analysis of the dynamics of production of main products was carried out; the share of agriculture in gross regional product is defined and trends of the main economic indicators of agriculture of the Voronezh region were identified; the impact of the financial results and rate of return on solvency in agriculture has been characterized; factors of development of agricultural enterprises, which are inextricably linked to the risk of insolvency, were established.

Statistics reports of Russia and the Voronezh region, the works of domestic and foreign authors were used as source materials.

The conclusion about the necessity of overcoming problems of agricultural development with the purpose of prevention of bankruptcy of agricultural organizations was made.
