Abstract

Purpose: Determination of a condition and the prospects of development of trade clusters in regions of Russia. Reasons for system of the indicators characterizing a condition of favorable conditions and factors external regions, interfering formation and to development of trade clusters.
Discussion: It is shown that specifics of a trade cluster is its place in reproduction process as the final stage finishing it. With respect thereto distinctive features of a trade cluster are: social orientation, direct participation in forming of social, political and ideological climate in society, real providing the commodity-money address.
Results: It is shown what for assessment of a condition and the prospects of development of trade clusters in regions needs to be considered that they are the market structures which are poorly connected with measures of the state support. For activization of the regulating impact of the state on forming of trade clusters it is necessary to be guided by the indicators including the indicators characterizing three groups of processes: economic, social and economic and social. Based on expert poll dynamics of the indicators interfering development of trade clusters for 2006-2016g.g is determined.
